No Refund: If your delivery time is within 12 hours of the time you wish to cancel, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because we have already begun preparing and packaging your order for delivery.
Partial Refund: If you cancel your order between the above two points (i.e., more than 12 hours after placing the order but more than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time), you will be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the costs we have already incurred in preparing your order.
